- Well, that's one NY cop who's tired of being a "hero". The judge was probably already overloaded with cases but it's a shame he couldn't make a phone call and demand the cop make an immediate appearance in his/her courtroom to explain himself.

- I work with one foot in healthcare and another in the insurance world and I will tell you the whole system stinks and should be scrapped!

- My fear is that this is only the beginning of a long trend that will only result in healthcare only for the well to do and shorter lifespans for the rest of America. Healthcare should not be a commodity. It is a responsibility we all share in and a right that everyone should have.
